Truck Crash on 101 S. Outisde of San Francisco

This was an odd truck accident I drove past on the 101 S. outside of San Francisco, CA.

Look how the truck just fell on it's side in the middle of the freeway like that. How could this be? It couldn't have been taking a tight turn at a high speed.... Was it blown over by sheer wind? Tipped over by a giant?
